The Impact You’ll Make
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for [insert group or strategic initiative]. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on business results Manages projects from initiation through sustain/closure including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the projects. Core responsibilities include the following: Establishes requirements, costs, and schedule targets; plans activities, assembles the team and other critical resources. Develops, defines, and executes program plans. Is responsible for meeting the program objectives including performance, cost, schedule, budget targets and deliverables Assesses project/program risks and drives mitigation activities Monitors work of program from initiation through release providing support and direction. Escalates issues until resolved or mitigated Prepares and presents program executive reviews
Who We’re Looking For
Eligibility Criteria:
Years of Experience : Minimum of 12 years of related/relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 10 years and a master’s degree; Job Experience: Experience in any of the following areas: multinational high technology corporation, in operations (preferred), Supply chain management, Product Management, IT management, Engineering. Education : Bachelor’s degree or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations)Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
Excellent knowledge and experience in supply chain management – How an order flows in an organization, life cycle of product Proven experience in project management planning/execution, or a similar role. Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure Problem Solving & Decision Making- Proactively identify problems & drive solutions, make decisions which are based on the values and principles of the organization Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to audience at all levels in the Company. Basic knowledge of project management methods and business related to cost structure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cost management and resource optimization is highly desirable. Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Experience in the semiconductor/semiconductor equipment industry

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
