Garden Supervisor

The candidate should have a B. Tech/B. Sc. / Diploma Agriculture degree with at least 3-5 years’ experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

He shall be overall responsible for field operations, supervise gardeners who maintain the landscapes, maintaining job sites & equipment's. He shall closely oversee day to day activities of landscape employees with an emphasis on "hands on" education in best horticultural & agricultural practices especially pertaining to maintenance of landscapes. He shall coordinate with outside contractors that provide landscape Services. He shall train and supervises the landscape staff to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient grounds operation (including gardeners). He shall ensure safety of hazardous materials, pesticides, other chemicals, bio waste, and landscaping equipment's as per policies and procedures. He shall maintain high quality standards, hygiene & cleanliness. Ensure protection of trees & plants from diseases & insect infestations. He shall maintain proper inventory needs and purchase inventory. He shall maintain scheduling of job sites and project work coordination as per prescribed plan & timelines by Landscape Architect
