  • DesignDevelopment and Implementation of ServiceNow customizationincluding but not limited to core setup workflow administrationreporting data imports custom scripting and thirdparty softwareintegrations.
  • Perform advanced customizationsincluding Business Rules UI Pages UI Macros UI Scripts ScriptIncludes Client Scripts workflows custom tables reportsetc.
  • Perform workflow design configurationdevelopment and data loads for ServiceNow platform (ServiceNow)applications.
  • Responsible for programmingworkflow enhancements and integrations with ServiceNow platformapplications.
  • Maintain pace with ServiceNowversioning.
  • Perform upgrades and customizationsof ServiceNow platform applications based on guidance from projectmanager architects ITIL practice leads andcustomers.
  • Maintain and adhere to source codeconfiguration management release management and softwaredevelopment best practices.
  • Develop trainingmaterials and provide enduser or IT technician training on usingthe ServiceNow functionality.
  • Provide inpersonsupport daily to customer and team This will include directinteraction with the Executive staff and other keymanagement.
  • Maintain ServiceNow training andknowledge thru selflearning attending conferences andtraining.
  • Responsible for proactive problem andrisk management Triage and fix defects found in ServiceNow platformapplications and workflows.
  • Providing support /guidance to the development teams during the analysis developmentand testing processes.
  • Reviewing and approving3rd party and integration solution architecture based onestablished enterprise applicationstrategy.
  • Defining and validating nonfunctional(technical) requirements and establishing traceability betweenrequirements and applicationarchitecture/design.
Requirements:
  • Shouldhave good amount of knowledge on business flow following servicenow applications.
  • Must have good experience onITSM ITBM and HRSD.
ITSM(Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Configuration) Management ITBM (Financial Management PPM (ProjectPortfolio Management) Resource Management)HRSD (HR Service DeliveryFundamentals)
  • Good to have knowledgeon following ServiceNow applications.
