Job Description Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP (Salesforce) system configurations and solutions. Assist in the implementation and deployment of ERP modules, with a focus on areas such as finance, supply chain, and inventory management. Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving ERP-related issues to ensure smooth operation of business processes. Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements within the ERP system. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP technology to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance system functionality.

Qualifications

Recent Btech/IT graduate with a specialization or coursework in information systems, business analytics, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within an ERP environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a passion for leveraging ERP systems to drive business efficiency and innovation. Prior experience or coursework in ERP systems (, Netsuite, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus, but not required.
