Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, TM1 Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, and rules.
2. IBM Planning Analytics experience – can design and communicate the high-level solution to less senior developers and to less technically oriented business leaders. 
3. Working knowledge on interface setup with ERPs
4. Design and implement TM1 solutions to meet business requirements.
5. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
6. Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and analysis.
7. Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TM1 with other systems.
10. Provide support and training to end-users on TM1 applications and functionalities.
11. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to TM1 and SQL.
12. Focus Areas:

• Technical documentation and user support.
• Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Qualification we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience in TM1 development.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL programming.
4. Experience in developing and maintaining TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, and rules.
5. Key Skill Sets:
• Strong experience in TM1 development, including cube design, dimension modeling, and rule creation.
• Proficient in SQL programming, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Solid understanding of TM1 architecture and components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications/skills:

1. Certification in TM1 development.
2. Experience with data integration tools, such as IBM DataStage or Informatica.
3. Familiarity with financial planning and analysis processes.
4. Experience with other reporting and analytics tools, such as Cognos Analytics or Power BI.
