As an Investor relations professional, in our Managed Solutions Investor Relations team you will get an opportunity to create an impact via your data analytics, communication, problem solving skills. The Managed Solutions Investor Relations team seeks to provide comprehensive coverage of all of our managed solutions (Core, Advisory, SMAs, mutual funds [JPM and 3rd party where offered]) in a coordinated way. In this position, you will be responsible for providing investor relations coverage for our suite of managed solutions products for the Global Private Bank. You (VP) will serve as a primary point of contact for the India teams our internal partners and stakeholders. The team is primarily based in Mumbai and interacts with global counterparts based in New York and London.

You will work on the Investor Relations team and support the Portfolio Specialist teams, and execute on key deliverables and projects across Managed Solutions

Investment Solutions provides Wealth Management clients with investment management solutions across all major asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset and money market funds.

About Managed Solutions Investor Relations Role:

The team partners with the core multi asset and thematic portfolio management teams to educate and communicate the discretionary portfolios to advisors. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting on advisor/investor communications, client experience priorities and strategic initiatives for our discretionary portfolios for one of the largest global wealth managers.

Job Responsibilities: 

Serve as a resource to educate and provide information to the sales force on a large number of funds/strategies on the global Private Bank platform Prioritize and respond to a high volume of advisor inquiries across multiple channels. Leverage knowledge about our investments solutions, the markets, and views from Portfolio Managers and the Chief Investment Office to assist in writing portfolio commentary Work with senior team members to develop and drive initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience (both internal & external), including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business Assist in developing and updating presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal meetings Liaise with internal stakeholders (due diligence, finance, compliance, business management, on a variety of initiatives, including regulatory, technology, etc. Handling Advisor and Client needs (inbox management, questions, reporting needs, corporate actions, on time sensitive ad-hoc analysis and project

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

1-3 years of work experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field CA/MBA/CFA/CAIA preferred or Finance Graduates with relevant work experience within the Investor relations space Good knowledge of and genuine interest in financial markets and investments products Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF Client-focused  Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and relationship management skills Knowledge of the Alternatives asset class and/or a passionate to learn about all aspects of Alternatives (Hedge Funds and Private Investments) Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across the team and firm Project management and follow-through skills Sensitivity to discretely handle highly confidential and related client/manager information Comfort with organizing and interpreting large amounts of data Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision
