Job Summary:

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist at Blufig, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, assisting in the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with senior marketing professionals to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads through various digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about digital marketing, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • SEO and SEM: Support efforts to improve website SEO and assist with search engine marketing (SEM) activities, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
  • Social Media: Help manage and grow Blufig’s social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.


RequirementsDigital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using marketing software and tools.
Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Creativity: Creative thinking with a knack for developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and interact with team members and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in content, data analysis, and campaign execution.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
