We are currently seeking adiligent and detailoriented System Work Specialist to join ourteam. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of ourcompanys online systems including billing collection of entries andmanaging inward and outward entries. The ideal candidate will havea keen eye for detail proficiency in using online software and theability to work efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment.



RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:
  • Conductbilling operations using the companys online software ensuringaccuracy and timeliness in alltransactions.
  • Manageand record collection entries maintaining a high level of precisionand integrity in financialrecords.
  • Handleinward and outward entry processes ensuring all records areuptodate and accurately reflected in thesystem.
  • Collaboratewith various departments to ensure smooth operation of allsystemrelated tasks and resolve any discrepanciesswiftly.
  • Maintainconfidentiality and security of all financial and operationaldata.
  • Providesupport and troubleshooting for any systemrelated issuesencountered by staff orclients.
  • Participatein system updates and maintenance working closely with the ITdepartment to ensure minimal disruption tooperations.
EssentialQualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; further education or certification ina related field is aplus.
  • Proficiencyin computer software particularly with online billing and dataentrysystems.
  • Strongunderstanding of basic accounting principles and financialrecordkeeping.
  • Excellentorganizational skills and attention todetail.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
