Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values, Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats) Broad experience, across functional and technical areas, designing, developing and deploying large scale projects. Proven experience in building high performance data analytics team. Should have strong data understanding skills which helps multiple teams to support their requirements. Ability to create and deliver effective client management Define & implement resourcing strategy, involve in hiring of right talent. Developing and executing long term strategy and implementation plan for scaling the business  Understanding the requirements from leadership and transforming into executable implementation plan Should be able to drive, mentor and guide team larger team, should have team and people management experience. Strong banking knowledge especially in retail and wealth segments.  Should be able to manage BAU team and should be hands-on when required to deliver critical & timebound projects.

Our Ideal Candidate

Expertise skill in creating Dossiers and Dashboards in MicroStrategy independently. Expertise in Data analytics tools like Dataiku and languages like SQL/R/Python (working knowledge on any of the tools) Good to have understanding of business intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau etc.
