Job Description
• Successful Transition in Agency Positioning:
  • Brand Perception Metrics: Utilize market research surveys and brand perception studies to track changes in how clients and the industry perceive the agency. Measure recognition as a "Video First Digital Marketing Agency" compared to simply a "video agency."
  • Marketing and Communication Effectiveness: Analyse the reach and impact of marketing campaigns aimed at repositioning the agency. Track engagement rates, campaign conversion rates, and mentions in relevant digital marketing contexts.
  • Service Diversification: Monitor the percentage increase in projects that include comprehensive digital marketing solutions beyond video production alone, reflecting the agency's new positioning.

• Business Growth and Client Acquisition
  • Revenue Growth: Measure the percentage increase in agency revenue year-over-year.
  • Client Retention Rate: Track the percentage of returning clients, aiming for an industry-leading retention rate.
  • New Client Acquisition: Count the number of new clients acquired per quarter and the increase in market penetration in targeted sectors.
• Project Leadership and Team Management:
  • Project Delivery Efficiency: Monitor the percentage of projects delivered on time and within budget.
  • Employee Satisfaction and Retention: Utilize regular surveys to gauge team satisfaction and turnover rates, aiming for improvements year-over-year.
  • Team Performance and Development: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and professional development opportunities through team performance metrics and individual growth assessments.

• Quality Control and Innovation:
  • Client Satisfaction Scores: Utilize client feedback and satisfaction surveys post project delivery to assess content quality and service levels.
  • Innovation Index: Track the adoption rate of new technologies and creative techniques within projects, linking this to client acquisition and satisfaction.
  • Error and Revision Rate: Measure the frequency of errors or requested revisions on delivered projects as a proxy for quality control, aiming for a decrease over time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
  • At least five years of relevant experience as a Key Accounts Manager in Digital Marketing Space with the last few years as a Head of Business.
  • Strong B2B Networking skills
  • Proficiency in managing growth and generating leads on platforms like LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Strong B2B liaising experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous. Minimum five years’ experience as a marketing manager. Strong B2B networking skills Proficiency in managing growth and generating leads on platforms like LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Strong B2B liaising experience. Proficiency in digital marketing, sales & marketing tools like Lusha, HubSpot etc. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities.
