Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Tech Lead
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing cloud computing strategies. This includes cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud services and architecture, ensuring the company’s cloud strategy is aligned with its business goals.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Define architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to govern the design and implementation of technology solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects and technical experts.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on architecture design and implementation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable, and reliable technology solutions.
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of technologies and vendors.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of architecture governance and make improvements as needed.
• Ensure that solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can provide competitive advantage or improve operational efficiency.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to assess the feasibility and value of new technologies.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of enterprise systems and applications.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other technical issues.
• Implement best practices for system scalability, reliability, and security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the enterprise architecture, including diagrams, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide regular reports on the status of architecture initiatives and projects.
• Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in IT architecture and design, with a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with microservices architecture, API management, and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Knowledge of data architecture and governance practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
