Are you ready to take your Sales career to the next level? We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Field Operation Analyst at Commvault Systems Inc in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

What You’ll Do…

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Conduct thorough market research to determine customer needs and preferences. Analyze sales data and generate comprehensive reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement sales initiatives. Provide guidance and support to sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to compete effectively. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Discover areas for process improvement and oversee projects to enhance operational efficiency. Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion within the sales organization.

As a Senior Field Operation Analyst, you will have a vital role in supporting sales growth and increasing revenue for our esteemed organization. What Are We Looking...

Experience with a variety of enterprise & data management tools inc. Salesforce, PBI, SQL, etc. Excellent knowledge of Excel & PPT Good Business Acumen, and ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirements. Organised and have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent cross-group collaboration skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills
