Weare seeking a talented and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee andmanage construction projects in Saudi Arabia. KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets incollaboration with stakeholders and ensure their effectiveimplementation.
  • Prepare and review engineering designs blueprints and technicaldocumentation for various projects. Perform structural analysis toensure designs meet safety durability and sustainabilityrequirements.
  • Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with designspecifications safety standards and quality controlmeasures.
  • Conductregular site inspections identify issues and work with contractorsand project managers to resolve problemsefficiently.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their project requirementsand ensure timely updates on project progress andchallenges.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits.Ensure compliance with local building codes environmentalregulations and industrystandards.
  • Identify potential challenges during the project lifecycle anddevelop strategic solutions to minimize delays and costoverruns.
  • Prepare and present progress reports project updates and riskassessments to stakeholders and seniormanagement.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including architectssurveyors and contractors to deliver highqualityprojects.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Mastersdegree isadvantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering ideally withexposure to largescale constructionprojects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification ispreferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and proficiency inCAD software structural analysis tools and project managementsoftware.
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and analytical mindset to handle complexengineeringchallenges.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for managingstakeholders and projectteams.
  • Proven leadership skills to mentor junior staff and managecontractors.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills to handlemultiple projectsefficiently.



Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of engineeringprinciples and proficiency in CAD software, structural analysistools, and project management software. Analytical Skills: Strongproblem-solving abilities and analytical mindset to handle complexengineering challenges. Communication Skills: Effectivecommunication and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders andproject teams. Leadership: Proven leadership skills to mentorjunior staff and manage contractors. Organizational Skills: Strongproject management and multitasking skills to handle multipleprojects efficiently.
