PositionWeare looking for a talented SAP ABAP & FioriConsultant ideally with strongtechnicaldesign and development experiencein core SAPmodules
KeyResponsibilities Design andimplement technical solutions using ABAP/SAPFiori/UI5/Odata Building SAP ABAP RICEF upto 50% of the time maximum. Eager tocontribute and work on SAP ABAP developmentprojects Implement and deploy SAP standardand custom Fiori applications Work on SAPBTP and SAP development tools like Eclipse SAP Web IDEBAS Assist with integration of SAP andnonSAP product tools Work with functionalconsultant to understand business needsProvide clients with full lifecycle project implementationconsulting expertise includingassessmentsblueprinting system build testing and golivestabilization. Provide status updates onassigned work to management and when required act asaproject manager on small to mediumsizedprojects. Mentor and/or oversee otherconsultants assigned to the project. Shouldbe a Team player & able to work independently whereverrequired Complete the necessary trainingwith regards to ISOand 45001 andbecontinually engaged via their work and bemore focused and integrated with helpingthecompany succeed in achieving ISO standards of& 45001. Strive to be aware of processes andprocedures to fulfil and adhere to requirementsasrequired under the ISOand45001 Responsibility for reportingmonitoring measurement nonconformity andcorrectiveaction with regards to ISOand45001
Skillsand Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years ofhands on experience in ABAP/Fiori/ODATA Developmentwork Experience in developing minimum 10 UI5Custom Apps for Client needs and theabilityexplain the purpose of them tobusiness/clients Minimum of 4 years of handson experience in ABAP Development workExperience with ALE OO IDOC and BAPIs/BADIsBeing part of at least 3 endtoend projects (both greenfield andbrownfieldimplementations.Ability to Design and Build FIORI Apps with inputs from FunctionalConsultants Ability to work in Projectsfollowing Agile implementation methodology(i.e.developments progressed gradually oftenwithout functional specification). Fluencyin both written and spoken English Anyexposure to Mobile development kit SAP Work Manager or AssetManagerisadvantageousExperience of assisting clients in the implementation configurationand support ofSAPFunctionality.Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projectsat the same time. Driven and enthusiasticcommercially aware strong leadership qualities andteamleaderexperience. Ability to manage up otherjunior ABAP/FIORI consultants in projectassignmentsactively engaging in mentoringand in support of their project activities.Ensuring above all that clients receive exceptional service andquality. Working with the team to aligntheir own objectives with company objectivesensuringuniform and measurable outcomes tohelp build the brand build revenueandultimately help build a successful andprofitable working environment. Buildinglong lasting quality relationships with your clients to understandtheir needsand objectives and ability toidentify and actively pursue opportunities to helpprotectand enhance the brand and revenuepool. Comfortable as a subject matter expertproviding Smart solutions and confident inyourability to champion pre sales activitiescelebrating successes and overcomingofchallenges by writing company blogs andsharing with the SAPcommunity.
Ability to oversee all the Functional consultants and to activelyenjoy supporting andmentoring Juniorconsultants. Ensuring above all that clientsreceive exceptional service andquality.
