We are looking IT Head will oversee andmanage all aspects of the organizationsinformationtechnology systems ensuring thatall technology operations are efficient secureandaligned with business objectives. Thisrole involves the leadership of the ITdepartmentmanaging the company s webpresence securing office IT infrastructureandimplementing technology solutions thatdrive business performance. The IT Headwillalso be responsible for developing andenforcing security protocols tosafeguardcompanydata.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company s IT strategy to support overallbusiness goals. Lead the IT team providingdirection and support to ensure optimalperformance. Work with senior management toalign IT initiatives with business needs.Manage the IT budget ensuring effective use of resources andcostefficiency. Develop and enforce policiesand procedures to protect the company s digitalassets. Monitor for security threats andlead responses to any incidents. Implementsecurity measures including firewalls and antivirus software topreventunauthorizedaccess. Ensure compliance with dataprotection laws and regulations. Managecloud services and integrate them with onpremises systems wherenecessary. Oversee the deployment andmanagement of office hardware includingcomputersprinters and mobiledevices. Lead the IT support functionensuring timely resolution of technicalissues. Develop and maintain a system fortracking and addressing IT support requests.Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systemsand software. Monitor system performance andaddress issues proactively to minimizedisruptions.
Select and implement software solutions that meet the company soperational needs. Oversee softwaredeployment updates and licensing across alldepartments. Ensure all software ismaintained and compatible with existingsystems. Manage vendor relationships andnegotiate software contracts asneeded.
