We are seeking a dedicated Royal Service(Operator) Executive to join our prestigious Royal Service team atFairmont Mumbai. As the first point of contact for our guests youwill be responsible for supervising personalized and efficientservice through telephone communications ensuring that every guestinteraction reflects the highest standards ofhospitality.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • TelephoneOperations: Handle incoming calls promptly andprofessionally providing courteous assistance to guests andefficiently addressing their inquiries requests andconcerns.
  • GuestAssistance: Serve as a central point of contact forguests offering personalized recommendations arranging services andensuring that all guest requests are met with promptness andattention to detail.
  • Room ServiceCoordination: Coordinate room service ordersensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery while maintainingclear communication with kitchen and servicestaff.
  • Royal ServiceCoordination: Facilitate requests and services forVIP and special guests ensuring that their needs and preferencesare met with the utmost care and attention todetail.
  • ProblemResolution: Act as a problem solver for guestsaddressing any issues or concerns with empathy and professionalismand escalating matters as necessary to ensure swiftresolution.
  • InformationDissemination: Provide guests with information abouthotel facilities services and local attractions offeringpersonalized recommendations to enhance their stayexperience.
  • GuestCommunication: Maintain clear and open communicationwith guests colleagues and other departments ensuring seamlesscoordination and execution of guestrequests.
  • AdministrativeTasks: Assist with administrative duties such aslogging guest requests updating guest profiles and maintainingaccurate records of communications andtransactions.
  • ServiceExcellence: Strive to exceed guest expectations bydelivering personalized service and anticipating their needsthroughout their interactions with RoyalService.

Qualifications:

  • Previousexperience in a guest service or hospitality role preferably in aluxury hotel environment.
  • Exceptional telephoneetiquette and communication skills with fluency in English(additional languages are a plus).
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm andcomposed under pressure.
  • Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail with the ability tomultitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to workvarious shifts including evenings weekends andholidays.
  • Proficiency in using computer systemsand hotel managementsoftware.
