Job Description
1. Record all cash, bank, office expense, tax, debit note, credit note etc. related entries.
2. Record all provision entries at the month end. (Electricity, Salary, Depreciation, interest on secured and unsecured loan, rent etc.)
3. Daily CFO report (sundry debtors, sundry creditors, advance given, cash, bank, sales, purchases, production, rejection, suspense, balances of intercompany accounts)
4. GST, TDS, TCS computation and return filing
5. Advance Income tax planning and payment
6. Statutory audit co-ordination
7. Working Knowledge Of Letter Of Credit.
8. Maintaining separate files for the following:
A. Companys incorporation documents
B. Legal documents for land, rent agreement, pollution certificate, factory license, SIPB, Udyog Aadhar registration certificate, legal entity identifier (LEI), credit rating etc.
C. FAR and depreciation
D. New Construction File
E. Corporate taxation, ITR
F. Audited financials
G. Import Material
H. Day to day transaction like
a. Purchases with GRN and E way Bill (Including CN & DN)
b. Expenses
c. Cash payments
d. Bank payments
e. Sales with E way Bill
f. CN & DN with Sales Scheme
I. Monthly filings:
a. GST
b. TDS & TCS
c. PF ESI
d. Electricity
e. Interest Subsidy
f. GST subsidy
g. Bank statement including Loan Statement
h. Income Tax Assessment file
i. GST Assessment file
j. Physical Stock vs Books Stock
9. Provide following monthly report to the management by 4th of every month & Filing:
a. Financials (PL and BS)
b. Stock sheet including variances with physical
c. Working capital report
d. Intercompany balance of the unit
