Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Accounts - Sr.Executive to join our team at CRAFT MOLD (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sr.Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounting functions of the company. This includes handling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and maintain proper documentation
  • Monitor cash flow and manage cash flow projections
  • Coordinate with external auditors and assist with the annual audit process
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Train and supervise junior accounting staff
