You’llmake a difference by:

·Responsiblefor daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and IntraCompanies requests, emergency requests (as applicable), Contacting requestorsfor Discrepancy resolution and providing assistance to the team as needed forSiemens Business Units.

·You willcoordinate with customers to analyze the queries & resolve the issue.

·You willpossess analytical skills in resolving the queries.

·Understandingof AR/AP process.

·Understandingof various quality Methodologies.

·You will beworking with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolutions.

·You will beworking with multiple applications/ERP’s.

·Oversee andsupervise dedicated operations and processes within an assigned team.

·To givefeedback to team members regarding individual performance and personaldevelopment options.

·To ensureadherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures.

·To prioritizeand assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively, andthat work schedules and targets are met;

·To live leangovernance and foster process improvement and simplification / optimizationmeasures.

·Manageescalations within defined procedures.

·To manage theteam’s KPIs and BVIs.

·To supportthe implementation of the business line roadmap/ strategy in strong alignmentwith my Management.

·Participation in Business Continuity related activities.

Yoursuccess is grounded in:

·Graduation in Computer Engineering is preferred.

·A relevant educational / academic degree in Finance, BusinessManagement, Accounting or similar.

·Between 2-4 years of experience in Siemens or in similar functionsin other companies.

·Fluent knowledge of English language Write and Spoken (mandatory);

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

·You are flexible working for night shift or early morning shift

·To be People oriented.

·To be a Team Player with a strong customer focus and results &quality orientation.

·To create an open environment.

·Good communication skills.

·A strong ability to work under pressure, in a changingenvironment.
