  • Finance FICOS/4HANA Functional Consultant with5 to 10 years of experience to join our team.
  • The selected individual will lead the implementationcustomization and integration of the Finance FICOS/4HANA system andprovide enduser support.
  • The ideal candidateshould possess strong problemsolving and analytical skills have adeep understanding of the Finance FICOS/4HANA system and be able tocommunicate effectively with stakeholders.
Skills andQualifications:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience working with theFinance FICOS/4HANA system.
  • Indepth knowledgeof SAP configuration and development.
  • Strongunderstanding of the business processes and data flows.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
  • Ability to work independently andmeet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the SAPFinancial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions to enhancethe clients business functionality and overall performance whilemaintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Fit/Gap Analysis and define business requirementsprocesses and objectives to scope project anddeliverables.
  • Gather user requirements anddefine functional specifications.
  • Develop andconfigure system solutions to meet user requirements.
  • Expertise in configuration and implementation of bothFinancial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)Integration of Finance and other SAP solutions
  • Work closely with internal/client team for all projectphases and support all requirements and queries in RTRarea.
  • Integrate the Finance FICOS/4HANA systemwith other business systems.
  • Test and validatesystem functionality to ensure system functionality meets userrequirements.
  • Provide enduser support andtroubleshoot system issues.
  • Preparecomprehensive system documentation.
  • Monitorand maintain system performance.
  • Train userson system usage and functionality.
  • Researchand analyze best practices and industry trends.
  • Good experience in S4 HANA Finance implementation.minimum of 1 Finance (S4 HANA Finance) implementation
  • Good Communication presentation and client handlingabilities.
  • Strong quantitative skillsattention to detail critical thinking usecases analysis
  • Should be able to work with internal team coordinationwith business team
