Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
Develop and integrate features and functionalities into web applications
Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable Ruby on Rails applications
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs
Ensure the responsiveness of applications and optimize them for maximum speed and scalability
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development
Strong understanding of Ruby language and Rails framework
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Implement front-end components using React.js and Next.js, ensuring seamless user experiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
