1. Assists in ensuring theoverall project design and production process is conductedfollowing the prescribed Company processes and procedures and is inaccordance with the stipulated project budget and schedule(including planning monitoring and reporting)
2. Assists in ensuring the project is following the basis ofdesign by performing interdisciplinary quality coordination andspace management reviews via weekly reviews with projectteams
3. Assists in ensuring the project isadhering to a strict change management process in accordance withproject budget and schedule. Provide technical support required forclaims by contracts team.
4. Assists in executingand enforcing the Project Execution Plan (Design) includingupdating the PEP and associated material as needed when projectconditions change
5. Confirms to Project Manageradequate design and production resources are assigned to meet theprojects overall cost quality and schedule commitments as well asensuring the forecast is current in Manpower
6. Functions as a single point of contact for all designrelated issues internally and externally representing the overallproject in communications with the client having final technicalaccountability for overall project design and production (includesmanaging consultants not managed under other respectiveDisciplines)
7. Assists in overseeing the ProjectBIM Coordination ensuring adequate hardware and softwareavailability for project team including managing record drawingsdocumentation operation and maintenance manuals and hand overdocumentation
8. Review of Interface worksprogress and making provisions in the drawings as per the interfacerequirements.
9. Preparation of monthly DesignProgressive Report attend progress review meeting with design teamsconstruction teams and client.
10. Coordinationand interface management of the main project disciplines (CivilStructural Architecture Mechanical Electrical Process ProcessAutomation Plant Design)
11. Leading designreviews (e.g. P&ID 3DModel)
12. Support of theProject Manager within proposal and project setup (Man loaderProject Schedule Design Change Management)
13. Reporting of current and upcoming design status (i.e.schedule and design change management)
14. Analysis organization prioritization and delegation oftasks and follow up of results regarding design and engineeringissues.
15. Optimization of design andengineering workflows

Skills Experience &Education

1. Bachelors/ Masters in Engineering.
2. 20 Years Experience in complex Factory &Infrastructure projects.
