Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in product development for home textiles
  • Solid knowledge of home textile manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective buyer and supplier coordination
  • Proficient in product costing and budget management
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • In-depth understanding of the home textiles market, trends, and consumer preferences
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and sustainability practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead the product development process for home textile products from ideation to production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Research and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors to drive product innovation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and external partners
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and production units
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including costing, sampling, quality control, and final delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct product testing, evaluations, and modifications to meet customer expectations
  • Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and materials to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
