  • Collaborateswith the product owner to define program increments and sprintscope.
  • Identifiesand mitigates technical risks through evaluations and feasibilityassessments.
  • Evaluatesstateoftheart tools to continuously improve the test automationframework andprocess.
  • Takesownership of environment setup andmaintenance.
  • Transformstesting into a continuous and efficient endtoend qualityengineeringfunction.
  • Implementsquality processes tools and methodologies to improve controlaccuracy andintegrity.
  • Strongproblem identification and solvingskills.
  • Abilityto work well in a multidisciplined teamenvironment.
  • Strongcommunication skills both oral andwritten.
  • Excel ina fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
