Job Title:Manager Financial Planning andAnalysis

PositionOverview: The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysiswill play a crucial role in guiding the financial decisionmakingprocess of the company by providing insightful analysis strategicrecommendations and forecasts. This position reports directly tothe Director of Finance and involves collaborating closely withvarious departments to support budgeting forecasting financialreporting and decision supportactivities.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadthe financial planning and analysis function including budgetingforecasting and longrange planningprocesses.
   
2. Develop and maintainfinancial models to analyze trends identify risks and opportunitiesand support strategicdecisionmaking.
   
3. Provide insightfulanalysis of financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs)to senior management and departmentheads.
   
4. Collaborate with departmentalleaders to develop and track departmental budgets and forecastsproviding guidance and support asneeded.
   
5. Prepare monthly quarterlyand annual financial reports and presentations for management andstakeholders.
   
6. Evaluate the financialimpact of proposed business initiatives investments and strategicprojects.
   
7. Identify and implementprocess improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness offinancial planning and analysisprocesses.
   
8. Stay informed aboutindustry trends economic developments and regulatory changes thatmay impact the companys financialperformance.
   
9. Manage and mentor ateam of financial analysts providing guidance feedback andprofessional developmentopportunities.
   
   

Requirements

1. Bachelorsdegree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; CA or MBApreferred
   
2. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in financial planning and analysis preferably inindustry/sector or a relatedfield.
   
3. Strong analytical skills witha demonstrated ability to interpret financial data develop insightsand communicate findingseffectively.
   
4. Proficiency infinancial modeling forecasting techniques and advanced Excelskills.
   
5. Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholdersat all levels of the organizationeffectively.
   
6. Detailoriented with acommitment to accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting andanalysis.
   
7. Ability to thrive in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
   
8. Experience withfinancial planning software and Oracle Netsuite is aplus.
