Project Planner/ Scheduler

Senior Project Controls Engineer/Project Controls Manager will work as part of the project controls teams, Planning and Monitoring Project schedule, schedule performance reporting and analysis.
- Collation of progress data from multi-discipline teams to update project/programme schedule.
- Preparation of monthly schedule reports measuring progress against baseline including S-Curves.
- Support the Project Controller in applying governance & assurance to Contractor Schedules.
- Schedule Integration and impact analysis.
- Support golden thread alignment between schedule and cost.
- Maintain Programme change log, assumptions and risk register.
- Monitor Project resource profile against baseline.
- Facilitate every month, three monthly and every week, three weekly collaborative mapping sessions and derive lookahead plans.
- Report weekly and monthly Plan Vs Actual against baseline.
Qualifications
- Education – Candidate should be graduated (Diploma/B.E/B.Tech) from reputed Institute.
- 5-10 years of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
- Scheduling softwares such as MS Project/Primavera P6
- Candidate should have relevant experience of working preferably for construction projects with excellent technical and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with presentation skills and the capability to relate and communicate with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the industry.
- Pharma Project Experience desirable.
