Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated Associated Agency Development Manager to join our team at May I Help You. As an Associated Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agency partners. You will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in agency development or sales roles
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Knowledge of the consultancy services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with partners to expand our customer base
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for agency development
  • Provide regular reports on performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management
  • Stay updated on competitors' activities and market dynamics
  • Train and coach agency partners to enhance their sales and marketing capabilities
