Job Description

8 to 10 Years in Instructional Design Designing ELearning Modules Gamification Videos Infographics Job Description We are looking for a Deputy Manager to design and develop world-class gamified elearning courses. The candidate will be required to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders in planning and executing the courses while following the content development process learning model definitions writing standards presentation guidelines and productivity metrics during course development The content and collaterals created should inspire inform and captivate the learner audience Key Deliverables 1 Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer 2 Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs 3 Study design briefs to visualize and prototype instructional graphics user interface and the finished product 4 Design and develop various forms of content such as Videos PPTs ILTs WBTs performance support tools assessments gamified elearning elearning solutions and blended learning resources based on business needs 5 Apply tested instructional design theories practice and methods 6 Liaise with Vendors for specific projects deadlines and delivery 7 Create supporting materialmedia audio video simulations role plays games quizzes etc 8 Decide on the criteria used to judge learners performance and develop assessment instruments 9 Maintain project documentation and course folders Skills and Competencies Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and learning frameworks · Experience in Gamified Content upto level 4 and 5 Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models Lesson and curriculum planning skills Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge Expertise in Content writing (writing effective copy instructional text audio scriptsvideo scripts and storyboarding Proficiency in course development and design soft wares and technologies such as ArticulateAdobe creative cloudPowerPoint & Vyond and LMS Critical Competencies for the Position 1 A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail 2 Excellent writtenspoken communication skills in English 3 Ability to work methodically logically and meet deadlines 4 Flexibility agility and adaptability 5 Ability to work and contribute in a team environment as well as work independently Qualifications Graduation from a recognized university Relevant experience in graphic design instructional designgamified elearning courseware storyboardingcontent writing is preferred
