We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented GraduateSoftware Project Manager to join our dynamicteam.

This entrylevel role is idealfor who are passionate about project management and eager to learnin a fastpaced environment. The successful candidate will assist inplanning executing and finalizing software projects according tostrict deadlines and within budget. This role offers theopportunity to work closely with experienced professionals gainhandson experience and develop essential project managementskills.

Responsibilities

  • ProjectPlanning: Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverablesin collaboration with senior management andstakeholders.

  • RequirementsGathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needsdocument requirements and translate them into actionable projectplans.

  • DataAnalysis: Analyze business processes workflows and data to identifyareas for improvement and make datadrivenrecommendations.

  • Scheduling:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including taskassignments timelines andmilestones.

  • Coordination:Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure all aspects of eachproject are compatible and aligned with projectgoals.

  • Monitoring:Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesreport on progress and escalate issues asnecessary.

  • Documentation:Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plansstatus reports meeting minutes and risklogs.

  • Communication:Facilitate effective communication among team members stakeholdersandmanagement.

  • RiskManagement: Identify potential risks and develop mitigationstrategies.

  • QualityAssurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time withinscope and within budget while meeting qualitystandards.

  • Learningand Development: Participate in training and developmentopportunities to enhance project managementskills.

  • ServantLeadership: Acting as a servant leader to the Scrum teamsfacilitating selforganizing and selfmanagingteams.

  • Recentlycompleted a degree in information systems Computer Science or arelatedfield.

  • Proficiencyin project management software tools (e.g. JIRA ConfluenceTrello).

  • Basicunderstanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agilemethodologies.

  • Demonstratedglobal mindset with the ability to think across disciplinesindustries cultures andscenarios.

  • Excellentproblemsolving analytical quantitative and project managementskills with the ability to develop and understandstrategy.

GeneralRequirements

  • CompletedBachelors or Masters degree within the last twoyears.

  • 1 yearof relevantexperience.

  • Excellentwritten and oral communication and presentation skills inEnglish.

  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and attention todetail
