Job Brief:DFly International is seeking atalented and motivated individual to join our team as a Cabin CrewTrainercumAdmission Counselor. This dual role involves conductingtraining sessions for aspiring cabin crew members while alsoassisting prospective students with the admissions process. Theideal candidate will have a passion for aviation excellentcommunication skills and a strong desire to mentor and guide futurecabin crewprofessionals.

Responsibilities:
CabinCrew Training:
1.Develop and deliver engaging trainingsessions covering various aspects of cabin crew duties includingsafety procedures customer service and emergencyprotocols.
2.Utilize innovative teaching methods toensure that students grasp concepts effectively and arewellprepared for realworld scenarios.
3.Conduct practicaldemonstrations and simulations to enhance learning and skilldevelopment.
4.Provide constructive feedback and supportto students to help them improve their performance andconfidence.

AdmissionCounselor:
1.Serve as the primary point of contact forprospective students interested in enrolling in our cabin crewtraining programs.
2.Guide applicants through theadmissions process including providing information about programrequirements application procedures anddeadlines.
3.Conduct informational sessions and campustours to showcase our facilities and offerings to prospectivestudents and their families.
4.Assist with the completionof application forms documentation and other necessarypaperwork.
5. Build strong relationships with potentialstudents and address any inquiries or concerns they may haveregarding the program or their career prospects in the aviationindustry.

SkillsRequired:
1.Previous experience working as a cabin crewmember or in a similar role within the aviation industry is highlydesirable.
2.Strong interpersonal skills and the abilityto interact effectively with individuals from diversebackgrounds.
3.Excellent communication skills both verbaland written with the ability to convey information clearly andpersuasively.
4.Demonstrated proficiency in conductingtraining sessions and facilitating groupdiscussions.
5.Detailoriented with strong organizationaland multitasking abilities.
6.Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and other relevant softwareapplications.
