Novozymes' Traineeship program offers a unique opportunity to evolve and mature your skillset. This role as a trainee offers you an exceptional opportunity to rotate in and outside of your functional area. Together with your manager you will be part of a tailored learning journey to build a profound understanding of our business areas and the various operations in Novozymes. Upon program completion, you will be ready to jump-start a career in Novozymes.

This Finance Trainee Program is designed to develop future talents within the finance organization, with a focus on accelerating your development through multiple rotations. The program offers a unique opportunity to bring your knowledge and experience to solve complex issues in the finance and business environment.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:
During the 2-year program, you will be offered a tailor-made program based on a mutually aligned career direction and aspiration. You will gain extensive on-the-job experience relevant to your rotation placement in different departments and sites within corporate finance and business finance organizations, supported by mentoring and training programs. You will also have the chance to explore Novozymes at multiple geographical locations within India.

To succeed you must: Completed Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or MBA in Finance. Relevant experience during your studies that demonstrates the ability to learn in new environments Be excellent at building and maintaining relations and managing stakeholders Have exceptional problem-solving skills combined with a curious, creative growth mindset Be a result-oriented and self-driven individual who inspires and excites others Be a team player who takes pride in finding solutions with others by having ambitions for their success and the entire team's success. Be fluent in English at a professional level; both orally and in writing
