GranulationExpert is expected to Initiate Propose and Execute research anddevelopment Debottlenecking/Revamp and new product developmentprograms directed towards the improvement of processes andintroduction of new products. Lead inhouse new process technologydevelopment scaleup & implementations in commercialgranulation. Provide technology support to commercial plants forthe shutdown turnover and recommissioning as needed. Providetroubleshooting & root cause analysis support and driveproblem resolution for commercial plants. The technologist is alsoexpected to provide support in GrowthProjects

Responsibilities:

• Providetroubleshooting & Root cause analysis support and driveproblem resolution for commercialplants
• Steering various new postreactor productdevelopments through GranulationTechniques
• Participate in inhouse new processtechnology development scaleup & implementations incommercial plants
• Effectively Engage and LeadFeasibility studies & Revamp studies and support to run thegranulators effectively at plant scale and at semicommercialscales
  
• Independently ReviewEngineering Documents & Steer
• Designand supervise pilot plant experimental runs for the assigned tasksincluding preliminary reviews data interpretation and finalreporting
• Collect and interpret plant processdata and make recommendations for improvements and ensure work isstandardized and processes areoptimized.

MustHaves:

• AMasters degree from a recognized and approved program Ph.D. ispreferred
• 15 yearsexperience as a Scientist/Engineer specializing in TechnologyDevelopment Plant Support Modeling and Optimization (10 years ifthey have aPhD)
• UreaGranulation experience
