Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-Strong API Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant - Salesforce, Java Selenium to join our dynamic team. The Candidate would play a lead supporting role in the test execution of the program with the following responsibilities also play a key role in leading and delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

§Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation strategies aligned with project goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on utilizing API automation and Java Selenium for efficient testing.

§Design, develop, and maintain robust API test automation frameworks using industry best practices. Implement automated tests for RESTful APIs, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

§Lead the development and implementation of Java Selenium-based automation frameworks for web application testing. Create reusable components, libraries, and utilities to streamline test script development and maintenance.

§Write automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and relevant API testing tools. Execute test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability across different environments.

§Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and reliable software releases. Monitor and troubleshoot automation pipelines to ensure smooth execution and timely feedback.

§Advocate for quality assurance best practices within the organization. Mentor team members on effective automation techniques, code quality standards, and testing methodologies.

§Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, quality engineers, and project managers to coordinate testing activities. Communicate automation progress, issues, and results to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

§Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation tools, frameworks, and techniques. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in API and Selenium automation and assess their potential impact on our projects.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

§Thorough understanding of wealth management, gained from professional experience as a quality assurance analyst.

§Prior experience in Requirements Analysis and Traceability

§Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

§Critical thinking and translation of business needs into technical requirements

§Meticulous and committed to an elevated level of accuracy.

§Excellent written/oral communication skills and listening skills.

§Good interpersonal and consultative skill

§Excellent defect root cause analysis skills and problem-solving

§Experience with metrics gathering, tracking, and reporting.

§Full systems development life cycle experience

§Knowledge of technology system interfaces and data integration

§Strong knowledge of API Automation, Java, and selenium

§Bachelor's/master’s degree from a top tier university

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

§Proficient with common Python data analysis packages (NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.)

§Knowledge of deep learning packages (keras, TensorFlow, etc.) a plus

§Designing and delivering of data models, which power Bl initiatives, dashboards, syndicated

§reporting, and ad-hoc data exploratory canvases for client solutions.

§Financial domain knowledge and worked with arge volume of data.
