Job Title:Oracle Apps DBAJobDescription: We are seeking an experienced OracleApps DBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of Oracle EBusiness Suite (R12) administrationdatabase management and strong expertise in Oracle technologies.The role involves ensuring the availability performance andsecurity of our Oracle databases andapplications.Responsibilities:
  • ManageOracle EBusiness Suite (R12) environments including installationconfiguration patching and cloning.
  • Performdatabase backup recovery and performance tuning to ensure optimaldatabase performance.
  • Administer Oracle RAC ASMand Data Guard to ensure high availability and disasterrecovery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues inthe database and application servers.
  • Manageconcurrent managers forms and reports within OracleEBS.
  • Work closely with development and supportteams to resolve any applicationrelatedissues.
  • Implement database security protocolsand ensure compliance with internalpolicies.
  • Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) migration and cloudbasedenvironments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Apps DBAwith expertise in Oracle EBusiness Suite(R12).
  • Proficiency in Oracle RAC ASM Data Guardand database tuning.
  • Strong understanding ofdatabase backup recovery and securityprotocols.
  • Experience with Linux/Unixenvironments.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SQL PL/SQLand troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiaritywith Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is aplus.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving andcommunicationskills.
PreferredSkills:
  • Experiencewith Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring andmanagement.
  • Automation skills using Shellscripting or similar tools.
  • Exposure tomultitier environments and applicationsupport.
