Title: Social Media and Public Relations Manager for Mehfooz Idrishi’s YouTube Channel


Location: Delhi, Bawana Industrial Area


Job Description:


We are in search of a seasoned Social Media and Public Relations Manager with a prior experience in well-known PR agencies for a minimum of 2-3 years. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of public relations, have notable achievements in past roles, and have a knack for digital storytelling. The primary role is to handle the public relations and social media management for Mehfooz Idrishi’s YouTube Channel which is focused on sharing insightful content on manufacturing management, financial acumen for entrepreneurs, and business fundamentals aimed at societal well-being and entrepreneurial success.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and maintain a robust online presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and adhere to a content calendar, ensuring regular and engaging posts that resonate with the target audience.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.

Content Creation & Promotion:

  • Assist in translating Mehfooz’s ideas into engaging video and textual content.
  • Promote the YouTube channel and its content across all digital platforms to reach a wider audience while keeping the monetization aspect at bay.
  • Collaborate with Mehfooz to brainstorm and strategize new video content ideas based on trending industry topics and audience feedback.

Public Relations Management:

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to maintain a positive image and foster good public relations.
  • Create press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
  • Address inquiries from the media and other parties.

Analytics:

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the campaigns and strategies.
  • Use insights from analytics to refine strategies for better engagement and visibility.

YouTube Channel Management:

  • Ensure the focus remains on sharing insightful content rather than monetization.
  • Optimize the YouTube channel for SEO to enhance visibility and subscriber count.

Online Reputation Management:

  • Monitor and manage the online reputation of Mehfooz Idrishi and the YouTube channel, addressing any negative reviews or comments in a professional manner.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a well-known PR agency with a track record of successful PR campaigns.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in social media strategy, content creation, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex industry jargon into engaging, understandable content.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing management, financial management for entrepreneurs, and business fundamentals as reflected in Mehfooz’s YouTube content.
