5years minimum experience CNC programming 5-axis & 3-axis machines Turning & Milling machine and 3D modeling of complex parts.  5 years minimum experience using the latest version of Mastercam software.  5 years minimum experience CNC machining of complex parts or experience in Trevisan 5-axis machine  Must have superior computer programming skills in manual  Prove the process at machine independently and make sure the first piece of work without any rejection  Excellent blueprint reading skills & through understanding of GD&T.  Experienced with metrology tools & processes for part inspection.  Experienced G code programming at the machine control (debug).  Develop the cutting tool & fixture for the NPD and prepare the work instruction, tool list & inspection. CNC Programming & Tools selection: 5 years (Required)  3D modeling of complex parts: 5 years (Required) Blueprint Reading and GD&T: 2 years (Required)  Solid works: 2 years (Preferred) Hand on experience in CNC machining of complex parts HMC/VMC/TC machines: 5 years (Required  Metrology tools & processes of part inspection: 2 years (Required) Problem solving techniques by using 8D/PDCA/DMAIC/KAIZEN approach  Familiar in best practice TPM/Lean manufacturing/ Six sigma/VSM/5S Ability to work independently and stick to deadline Ability to stand for extended periods of time Knowledge of safety measures pertinent to each job assignment Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Works in an office and machine shop environment.
