In this opportunity as Senior Customer Trust Analyst – Customer Audit , you will: 

Prepare responses and evidence for customer security engagements that reflect the status of a security policy, practice or control.

Organize materials for presentation and storage for additional engagements.

Ensure engagement tracking meets program requirements

About You:

You're fit for the role of Senior Customer Trust Analyst – Customer Audit if your background includes:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Years of Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Record engagement notes and action items for customer sessions.

Meet with our customers to support virtual on-site audits and respond to enterprise and product level questions.

Build upon the Information security knowledge-base and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Support the automation tools already being used and identify solutions to increase their utilization for research and population of relevant information.

Support and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters Information Security posture.

Operate as a key contributor to Information Security Assurance processes for Customer Trust.

Deliver responses and services of inquiries consistently and accurately.

Collaborate with domain experts, peers and partners; and business or technology leaders across the Thomson Reuters enterprise.

Partner with stakeholders and team members to collect and track process data to improve customer experience with Thomson Reuters.

Populate the internal knowledge management tool with product level information in a structured approach to enable data mining by partnering with stakeholders.

Respond to customer questionnaires in support customer requests and report on status of initiatives to all levels in the organization.

Communicate audit findings to the wider business including product management and engineering teams.

Report on current state and identify control gaps to support remediation of findings.

Contribute to and achieve business and departmental goals and objectives.
