Job Title: CRM Analyst
Location: Lansing MI
Duration: 12 MonthsContract

Duties& Responsibilities:

• Reviews analyzes and evaluates business systems and userneeds.
• Triage user requests and ticketsassign priority and severity and communicate effectively to allstakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize CRMinbox communications.
• Draft and sendcommunications to users and specific audiences related to businessprocess upgrades timelines system changes or anything relevant tothe system.
• Formulates systems to paralleloverall business strategies.
• Preparessolution options risk identification and financial analyses such ascost/benefit ROI buy/build etc.
• Writesdetailed description of user needs program functions and stepsrequired to develop or modify computer programs.
• Prepare and document Functional and TechnicalSpecifications for reporting and data warehouse work. Assist withbusiness warehouse/intelligence support and enhancements.
• Assist with developing and drafting RFPs.
• Assist in deployment and management ofenduser reporting tools and platforms.
• Workwith IT and business project teams to understand reporting and datawarehousing requirements and propose solutions.
• Document and provide knowledge transfer to the rest ofthe Enterprise Reporting Team for all solutions.
• Reviews analyzes and evaluates business systems and userneeds.
• Formulates systems to parallel overallbusiness strategies.
• Relies on limitedexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Worksunder general supervision; typically reports to a project manager.
• Attends all BH CRM meetings as appropriateand assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experienced with business processreengineering and identifying new applications of technology tobusiness problems to make business more effective.
• Familiar with industry standards (including Legacy Coreand Emerging technologies) business process mapping andreengineering.
• A certain degree of creativityand latitude is required.
• Has knowledge ofcommonly used concepts practices and procedures within a particularfield.
• Familiar with relational databaseconcepts and clientserver concepts.
• Abilityto organize evaluate and present informationeffectively.
• Ability to analyze synthesize andevaluate a variety of data for use in program development andanalysis.
• Other required skills aretechnologically savvy; strong training and technical assistanceskills; excellent oral and written communication skills; and highlyorganized and detail oriented.
• Required skillsin the use of all necessary software necessary to execute statedduties and responsibilities (includes the suite of Microsoft Officeapplications such as Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Ability to meet competing deadlines.
