RoleSummary:

As a US IT Recruiter youwill play a crucial role in sourcing interviewing and placing ITprofessionals in contract contracttohire and fulltime positionswith our clients in the United States. This position requires aproactive approach excellent communication skills and a deepunderstanding of the US IT recruitmentprocess.

RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

• Conductsourcing activities using various platforms (e.g. job boardsnetworking sites social media) to identify qualified candidates forIT positions.
  
• Screen resumes conductinterviews and assess candidates skills experience and suitabilityfor client requirements.
  
• Maintain astrong understanding of current IT trends and technologies toeffectively communicate with candidates andclients.
  
• Foster and maintainrelationships with candidates throughout the recruitment processand beyond.
  
• Coordinate with thesales team to understand client requirements and deliver timely andeffective staffing solutions.
  
• Ensurecompliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to USIT recruitment.
  
• Achieve recruitmenttargets and contribute to the teamssuccess.
  
• Provide regular updates andfeedback to management and clients on recruitmentactivities.
  

EssentialQualifications:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Applications (BCA/MCA) Science(B.Sc/M.Sc in CS or IT) or Engineering (B.E/B.Tech in ECE EEE CSEIT).
  
• Freshgraduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in US ITrecruitment is an advantage but notmandatory.
  
• Strongunderstanding of technical terms and ITroles.
  
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with candidates and clients from diversebackgrounds.
  
• Proficiencyin MS Office and recruitmentsoftware/tools.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
