Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Research Fellow with a strong background in Civil Services or government-related sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on a variety of topics related to the Civil Services exams, government policies, and current affairs. This role involves compiling research findings, producing analytical reports, and collaborating with various teams to enhance course content.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Research: Stay updated on current affairs, government policies, and other relevant topics in the Civil Services domain, focusing on in-depth analysis and data collection.
  • Content Development: Assist in developing comprehensive research-based materials for courses, presentations, and study resources tailored to Civil Services aspirants.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts and faculty members to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Report Generation: Prepare detailed research reports, summaries, and briefs that provide valuable insights into the Civil Services landscape.
  • Support Course Creation: Provide research support for the creation of new modules, courses, and educational resources.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze government reports, policies, and documents to identify key trends and insights relevant to the exam preparation process.
  • Documentation: Maintain a well-organized repository of research findings, articles, and documents for future reference and use in educational content.

 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in research or analytical roles, preferably with a focus on civil services, government jobs, or public administration.
  • Education: A degree in Political Science, Public Administration, History, Sociology, or a related field. A background in Civil Services or experience in government roles is highly desirable.
  • Research Skills: Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information, government reports, and public policies.
  • Knowledge of Civil Services: In-depth understanding of the Civil Services examination process, its syllabus, and the topics most relevant to the exam.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to generate clear, concise, and informative reports and summaries.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with faculty members and content creators.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple research projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant research tools.
