JobDescriptionWe are seeking anexperienced Full Stack Developer with 68 years of professionalexpertise to join our dynamic team. This role requires deepknowledge of both backend and frontend developmenttechnologies with a focus on Python Django Django Rest Framework(DRF) Django Objectrelational mapper (ORM) and modern frontendstacks like React HTML CSS and JavaScript. The idealcandidate should also have experience working on CRM systems andpossess leadership qualities to serve as a colead manager withinthe team. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles ishighly valued while skills in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)and system design are considered a strongadvantage.
KeyResponsibilities Designdevelop and maintain scalable web applications usingPython Django and DjangoRest Framework for thebackend. Build interactive responsive andperformant user interfaces with ReactHTML CSSand JavaScript.Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless frontendbackendintegration. Apply UI/UXdesign principles to create intuitive userfriendlyinterfaces. Drive best practices in codequality testing and software engineeringprinciples. Oversee and mentor a team ofdevelopers as a colead managerfacilitating code reviews team discussions and developmentprocesses. Engage in continuous integrationand deployment using DockerAWSKubernetes and other DevOpstools. Develop testing strategies and ensurehigh test coverage including unit integrationandperformancetesting. Troubleshoot and resolve technicalissues across the stack. Proficient in datasecurity practices (like encryption rolebased access auditlogging)
Requirements7 years of experience in fullstackdevelopment. Expertise inPythonDjango and Django RestFramework. Proficiency infrontend technologies including HTMLCSSJavaScript andReact.Experience working on CRM systems andrelated tools. Familiarity withUI/UX design principles for buildinguserfriendly interfaces and withversioncontrol systems (e.g.Git).
OtherImportant Skills Knowledge ofData Structures and Algorithms (DSA)and systemdesign. Experience withDocker AWS (or MS AzureGCP) Kubernetes andDevOpsworkflows. Understanding ofCI/CD pipelines and cloudnativeapplications. Familiarity withtesting frameworks and writing testcases. Experience in agiledevelopment processes and working in crossfunctionalteams. Familiarity with databasetechnologies like PostgreSQLMySQL orMongoDB.
