15. Refine the concept based on manufacturing feasibility without changing design intent.
16. Participation in various design International / National awards & certification.
17. Design School Engagement to create ideas by educating about domain knowledge.
18. Apply for Design Registration and Patents.
19. Ensure adherence to declared specifications of all parts and complete Luminaires.
20. Carrying out various activities related to Environment, Health & Safety through cross function team.

Location: Pune BO

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Industrial Design – Product with 5-10 Years of experience

Experience & skills

Excellent sense of style, Strong conceptual thinker with strong base of engineering knowledge, Demonstrated knowledge of key Industrial design processes Strong skills in sketching. Positive thinker and a team player Strong skill in sketching and modelling Strong understanding of processes, materials and mechanisms with experience in Lighting / Seating / Appliance / Similar Industries.
Primary Function
Responsible for creating new manufacturable innovative product concepts for new products / Upgrading existing products based on application type. Product bench marking, analysis of competition’s product. Handover approved product concept to product development team for further action.
