Job Overview


We are looking for a Junior International BPO to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an International BPO, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
  • Creativity and adaptability to handle various customer situations.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge retention and recall capabilities.
  • Speed and efficiency in handling customer interactions.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle customer interactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records and update relevant information.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address customer issues.
  • Meet service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals.
  • Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
