We are looking for anenthusiastic and professional Tele Caller to join ourHR/Recruitment team in Trichy. As a Tele Caller you will be thefirst point of contact for our potential candidates playing acrucial role in the initial screening and recruitment process. Yourprimary goal will be to understand the candidates capabilities andfit for our clients requirements ensuring a smooth and efficientrecruitmentprocess.

RequirementsMainResponsibilities:

• Makeoutbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunitiesexplaining the role organization andbenefits.
  
• Scheduleinterviews followups and assessment tests as per the recruitmentprocess.
  
• Answerincoming calls from candidates addressing their queries and guidingthem through the applicationprocess.
  
• Maintainand update candidate records in the recruitment databaseaccurately.
  
• Collaboratewith the recruitment team to match candidates with the right jobopportunities.
  
• Providefeedback to candidates postinterview and assist in the onboardingprocess ifrequired.
  
• Keepabreast of job trends and requirements in the industry sectorsrelevant to ourclientele.
  

EssentialQualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; further education or certification inHuman Resources or related field is aplus.
  
• Provenexperience as a Tele Caller Telemarketer or a similar role inHR/Recruitment ispreferred

Providefeedback to candidates post-interview and assist in the onboardingprocess if required. Keep abreast of job trends and requirements inthe industry sectors relevant to our clientele.
