N Team Size: NA Grade: Business: CBG Department: CBG Sub - Department: CBG Location: About Commercial Banking Group  The CBG Department is engaged in providing banking solutions to the SME segment with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs to Rs. 350 Crs. Commercial Banking business (SME) emphasizes on building and deepening banking relationships with the small and medium businesses across the country. CBG caters to serve the unique and evolving financial needs of this crucial sector of the economy with wide range of customized product offerings including working capital finance, term loans, trade products as well as other banking services like cash management, foreign exchange, salary accounts, trust services etc. About theRole Design and develop and execute learning programs for CBG Coordinate and execute programs that enhance the capabilities of employees through continued education and skill training Assess developmental needs and track learning effectiveness Assess the success of developmental plans and help the employees make the most of learning opportunities Key Responsibilities Cross Vertical Co-ordination with various Departments and CBG Team for arranging training programs and escalation matrix to resolve issues pertaining to learning across hierarchy and Periodical Review of Learning initiatives along with Learning team as well as evaluation of strategies  Record all learning activities in CBG vertical (both internal & External MIS Management CBG SPOC for all activities related to HR/ hiring gaps/ transfers etc Preparation of manpower budget Successful & smooth execution of business driven learning initiatives in the department Functional Induction module creation along with LnD team Ensure active participation of team in training session  Process improvisations - data analytics from HR Team, improvisation in MIS Successful completion of the trainings and the competency profiler by the team Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Education - Post Graduation (preferably MBA) Experience - Min 8-12 Years Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge 

Experience in Banking and Financial Services segment - Relationship Management / Sales

Good communication skills

Stakeholder Management

Skills 

Proficiency in data analysis and representation using tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Should have a good analytical and presentation skills

Abilities 

 Ability to work effectively across functions 

Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
