  • Onboarding (Mandatory skill): Skilled in creating welcoming onboarding experiences to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and processes.
  • Employee Relations: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate support.
  • HR Policies: Adept at understanding and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance and fair practices within the organization.
  • Training and Development: Capable of identifying training needs and facilitating programs that enhance the skills and productivity of employees.
  • Performance Management: Familiar with evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and devising strategies for performance improvement.
  • HRIS Systems: Proficient in using HR Information Systems to manage employee data and drive efficiency in HR processes.
  • Compliance: Knowledgeable about legal and regulatory compliance aspects to ensure organizational adherence to labor laws and industry standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting candidate assessments, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Support employee relations activities by addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between staff and management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to upskill employees and improve team effectiveness.
  • Participate in performance management initiatives by assisting in performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage and update employee records in HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to support HR compliance efforts.
