  • Set up molds, adjust machinery settings, and monitor the production process
  • Perform regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the molding process
  • Clean and maintain molds, machinery, and work area to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Record and maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
