Job Description Job Responsibilities:

Department: Human Resources Reports To: Head – HR Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive HR & Training to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the full spectrum of HR functions while leading the design and implementation of effective training programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR and a passion for employee development. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.Manage employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.Conduct performance monitoring and management reviews. Training & Development: Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers.Design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions. Employee Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.Address employee grievances and foster a supportive environment. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and goals.Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives.Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management. Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.Handle disciplinary actions and resolve disputes in accordance with company policies.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR and training. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HR management and training. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
