Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

We are looking for accounting/ finance graduates with relevant business finance experience with a sound knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis domain.

In this role, you will be expected to work to strict deadlines, in a dynamic business environment while being a good team player.

Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

·Annual Budget planning, Monthly and Rolling forecasting activity for revenue and all cost lines in Pnl, in complex and diverse business models.

·Monthly Pnl analysis and reporting through dashboards

·Business reviews with plan vs actual performance and in-depth analysis with key financial levers

·Provide strong functional support to Business and working closely with multiple stakeholders to facilitate decision making.

·Manage monthly close timelines and partner with controllership teams.

Interact with the Business/Accounting teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate swift actions

Qualifications we seek in you 

Minimum Qualifications 

·CA/ MBA Finance

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

·Relevant years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in IT Services industry

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle leadership discussions.

·Very good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
