Qualificationsand skillsetsB.E(Mechanical/Production/Industrial) from a reputeduniversity8 to 10 years experience in rolesinvolving maintenance functions in a manufacturingunitStrong technical knowledge of plasticsmanufacturing equipment machinery and relatedsystemsSkilled in software tools such as MSOffice/CAD/Project ManagementExcellentleadership and team management skills with ability to motivate andguide a maintenanceteameffectivelyStrong problem solving anddecisionmaking abilities with a proactive approach to identifyingandresolving maintenanceissues.Ability to work well underpressureEffective communication skills tointeract with internal stakeholders equipment suppliers andexternalserviceproviders.
